Coming to the Lake of the Ozarks for a week in July? Get your little one is involved in theater! This week long program is an excellent opportunity for your little budding actor/actress!
The Lake Arts Council is pleased to be bringing the Missoula children’s theater to the Lake of the Ozarks.The children’s theater comes to the lake once a year, where about 60 children participate in every aspect of stage production from set up to being actors. All children from first to 12th grade are welcome.
This year’s play will be “ Rumpelstiltskin”. auditions will be held at the Church at Osage Hills on Monday, July 9 at 9am. At 10 AM Tuesdays – Friday rehearsals will be held in Camdenton at the Little Theater. The entire cast will gather there at 10 o’clock in the morning and continue until two o’clock in the afternoon. All children are asked to bring a sack lunch. Saturday morning is the dress rehearsal, and there will be two shows that afternoon, with a cast party to follow.
The Little Theatre is located at the Camdenton Middle School.
